Groundwater is an essential resource and an alternative source of water that is of great economic and livelihood value for people. Thailand has developed groundwater for more than 40 years. In the past, a large amount of groundwater was used. This causes imbalances in the groundwater layer and has various environmental impacts.

                  2008, the Bureau of Groundwater Affairs Control Has the authority to manage the groundwater development fund. including managing various projects in the Groundwater Development Fund According to the ministerial regulations, the division of the Department of Groundwater Resources Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, B.E. 2551 (2008) Article 10 (E)
